The first paragraph of this article sends a message
backed up by scientists.

A huge percentage of the world's population eat whatever they like, however.

"I will tell you who you are if you tell
me what you eat."

-- Famous French Saying

RESEARCHERS LEARNED THAT PEOPLE LIVING ON the European coast of the Mediterranean Sea ~known as Côte d'Azur~ enjoy low incidence of heart disease, stroke, cancer, Type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson & Alzheimer Diseases just to mention a few of the illnesses they do not suffer.

Scientists at the University of Florence, Italy carry out a long-term study involving people of the same age group in good state of health. Participants were requested to go on with their lives consuming the French Mediterranean Diet, but they may choose not to. Eighteen [18] years later, participants were gathered and their health assessed. Scientists verified that those who consumed the French Mediterranean Diet daily had significantly reduced risks to health conditions mentioned above compared with participants who ate ~for eighteen years~ foods not in a recipe of the French Mediterranean Diet.

In few words, scientists at the University of Florence confirmed what they suspected from the beginning: Mother Nature foods consumed regularly over a long period of time and cooked with health-enhancing cooking practices lead to a longer and healthier life. Recently, the French 'Molecular Nutrition and Food Research' carried out a study involving 840 people older than 65 years without dementia. Those scientists confirmed that older people on the French Mediterranean Diet enjoy low risks of cognitive decline.

Foods those scientists used in their studies are Mother Nature Foods. A Mother not delivering her foods with a label of ingredients, inside a styrofoam container, or wrapped up in plastic.

Scientists concentrate their research on foods and recipes prepared with cooking practices
that evolved since the days of the Renaissance known today as 'French Mediterranean Diet.'

Foods and recipes prepared in countries on the Mediterranean ~such as Libya, Morocco,
Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt~ are not probed by scientists. It is because their foods and recipes
will not reduce risks of health conditions like the ones mentioned above simply because
they are Mediterranean foods and recipes.
